6. Change your background, but keep with your company’s colors and theme
7. Write about what your customers want to read about
8. Include current events and some pop culture references to engage your current readers and collect new readers
9. Make sure to have multiple bloggers contributing to your blog – everyone blogs differently, so this will appeal to a wide range of audiences
10. Don’t shamelessly promote your business every chance you get – social media etiquette is key
11. No one is going to read 4 pages of solid text – make your posts 200-400 words and break up the text with relevant images
12. Get your own domain name – don’t use a subdomain from a hosting website:www.YourAwesomeSite.wordpress.com vs. www.YourAwesomeSite.com This tells your readers that you are serious and professional about your site
